INSTRUCTIONS TO WRITE CLINICAL SUCCESS STORIES

a:each presentation should consist of a case history presented together wiyh salientfindings on clinical examination.b:questions posed to the patients are briefly narrated,the cases should be original,but reflect those that have been presented in their clinical practise.c:if the diagnosis is obscure or the case is unusual,it should be explored in a logical and systematic manner,it is this basically practical approach that is expected from the clinicians for the publication.d:a discussion should encompass the options for management and also explore areas of controversy illuminated by the case.e:a comment should alert the reader to clinician's approach in asking questions.f:a short bibliography to suggest some key references.g:the outcome of the therapy should be described.h:words preferably 500 on e mail/floppy.i:topic,any interesting or commonly encountered diseases
